Okay, separated it is!
How close have you gotten to kangaroos? How close is too close? I know you mentioned the males before but what about a female? Or young ones?

We had to watch out cats eating. Tippy would inhale her food, and bully the other two. She got fed on her own plate, and Muffin an Lickorish ate off another.

They all ended up eating low ash food. Muffin needed it, and it was ust easier to feed it to them all.

You don't want to get too close particularly when the females have young in their pouches or around as they can get protective.

These two were only a couple of metres away because they jumped out of the bush and we were not expecting it so had to slam on our brakes. I've never really seen kangaroos in that part of the park before. We saw a wombat the other day just right next to the track and there are heaps of feral rabbits I wish they would cull.

Poor cat with the tumor. Was it just a benign one?

My oriental is all snuggled up under my jumper with his head poking out the collar because it is cold and he hates the cold.

Yeah.. That wouldn't work for me yet. Still too young. I am pretty good at asking him for little things though. :P

I don't think the kangaroos are in large enough numbers to cause any issues (I've been going to that park for years and never even seen kangaroos there until yesterday) and they are native.

Rabbits destroy everything and being non-native animals obviously don't belong there.

Poor Australia has so many feral animals that have decimated a lot of our native populations. Between them and humans it is no wonder so many of our natives went extinct in the years following European settlement.
