URGENT *crosspost* Lost Dog in PA

I know this is a long shot but a friend of mine needs help and any extra set of eyes or word of mouth helps.

A 10 month old intact male GSD (German Shepherd Dog) is missing in New Castle, Pennsylvania.

He answers to "Bravo" and was a young show prospect up until very recently. He came up missing from his owner's yard late last night and there's been no sight of him yet. The owner is beyond distraught, has been up since 5:30 am looking for him. She's posted fliers, called the police, vets, animal control, talked to neighbors, canvassed the neighborhood, etc.

Bravo is not known to be aggressive, he is black and tan and looks similar to this in pattern (picture taken from google).

If you live in the area or know of anyone in that area please be on the lookout for him. He is microchipped but so far no one has contacted her. We are praying that he's in someone's care who is just waiting until Monday to get him checked for a microchip.

Oh no - that's heartbreaking. I hope they find Bravo soon and that he's ok.

Crossing my fingers for your friend and Bravo.

Animal testing is a terrible idea; they get all nervous and give the wrong answers.

Thanks. It's really a horrible situation. He wasn't out more than 5 minutes before they found him gone. They were out until 3am looking and got back up at 5:30 to keep looking so far nothing.

They just recently acquired the dog so it's possible he may not come to them because he hasn't had a chance to become attached.

Worst case of all is he could have been stolen but they don't have any reason to think that happened.

It makes me sick to think of it. Have they put it out on Craigslist and Facebook?

I'm not sure if she's put it on craigslist or not yet. She probably has, they've done pretty much everything possible to find him.

He's been found!!

I don't know the whole story yet but they found him last night. Almost 24 hours since he disappeared. He was a little dirty and dehydrated but none the worse for wear.
