Yup, sounds infected. Use some salt and water as hot as you can stand in a small cup, a medicine cup like for kids meds is perfect, and just hold it over the pierce and bump a few times a day till the water is cold. That's what worked for me when I first had my nose done and my then 2 yo son thought he'd try to pull it out the day after >_<

This is after i popped it last night, it gets bigger...like a zit XP.

So the general opinion is to use a salt solution and stop popping it (even when it turns yellow)

When i got it done, he couldn't get the nose ring in on the first try...much to my displeasure he had to stick a bigger needle in the hole, bend my stud, then it took about 3 mins and allot of wincing and apologies for it to go in the hole. Im sure the trauma caused this bump (that and i hooked it in my sleep and almost ripped it out.)

I really hope i dont have to take it out :(

I would not take it out as you could make it worse. It can cause a pocket for bacteria.

Yep, stop popping it! I know how tempting it must be lol. Use some salt on it several times a day, it helped alot with mine.

For now also wash it at least twice a day with anti-bacterial soap. And if you can get your hands on it, get this, it works wonders. http://www.h2oceanstore.com/H2Ocean-...bm-4oz_pas.htm

Make the solution yourself, use hot water and rocksalt, water has to be hot, it's very soothing.. That looks so painful! You really shouldn't pop it, it's going to make it more and more infected... See if you can find the Calendula Q its amazing stuff and its natural. :)
