Sounds like a Ray Bradbury book or something. I get so many ideas for books, anime series, and movies from this forum.

I've actually never seen the killer tomatoes thing before XD Though I did used to watch the old beatle juice cartoon way back in the day...

Aww...I guess I was the only Astroboy, megaman, big guy and rusty fan on here XD

My wacky little petting zoo:

5

5 ducks
4 dogs
2 pygmy goats
2 chinese bottom feeders
1 corn snake
1 sweet little Kitty,
and a rabbit

I like Astroboy. He wasn't my favorite but I liked him. Didn't care for the latest CGI movie, though. Astroboy MUST be animated or he is not Astroboy.

I'm glad you loved the movie. I mean, the story was great. I dunno, I just liked animated Astro Boy. And then there was Speed Racer. Definitely not the same live action. :)

Older cartoons that I liked? What counts as older? Most of the cartoons I loved are off the air now. I loved Static Shock. And has anyone ever seen Dave the Barbarian on the Disney Channel? One of my favs. I also loved the Disney cartoons like Aladdin, Gargoyles, DuckTales, Chip and Dale Rescue Rangers, Tail Spin . . . I loved Aladdin.

XD Static shock Rocked!!! I never understood why they stopped airing it

I kinda remember dave the barbarian(disney right?) and I also loved the aladin series XD I kinda remember Tail spin, and ducktails, those two were my favorite if I remember correctly.

I was always a sucker for an excelent story...I can ignore bad animation if the plot is strong and the characters are well developed, what I can't stand is awesome graphics with an aweful story plot ....it gets me everytime -_-

I love a series with good voice acting. If I wasn't so shy (and had a pretty average voice) I'd love to be a voice actor.

Edit: Oh, how could I forget Samurai Jack?

XD I know what you mean by strong voice acting, that is the very reason why I only watched the subbed versions of animes...the dubbed versions never do seem to get the voices just righ >.<

XD Samurai Jack...now that brings back memories...but for some reason it also makes me think of dexter's labratory...-_- no clue there XD (I did love dexter's lab though )

edit: oh great, now I have the old dexters lab theme running through my head...and the dang thing didn't even have any words to it *facepalm* XD
