Good luck with that, I have a ton of sword babies and after raising them for the last few months, I don't know how I'll get rid of the males :(

Well the store near me says they would take healthy ones so I'm hoping they keep their word.

Oh our store does as well, I'm just saying when you raise something from a baby and keep them for months, it's hard to hand them off to a petstore lol

My platy died that way as well...If you want to keep the babies I would put them in a breeder net thing...That is what I did with my platy fry. My betta ate every single fry the last time my platy gave birth and i wasn't home. :(
I knew it too...because he was the fattest betta I had ever seen! lol

@Pitluvs

Oh - yeah that reason too. I was replying at my work break so I was just replying fast lol. But yeah watching them grow and caring for them since they were less then a centimeter can make it hard to let them go.

@Littlebittyfish

I finally put them in a breeder because I wanted at least one of them to survive since she died and all. They were all on one side of my tank too next to my betta Xochi. Apparently he was deemed safer then their dad ha ha
