These are all terrible! I personally say 2.5g min, just for heating purposes. If you keep your house at 80*F, go ahead for the 1g.

80 here, all my bettas are in my room, which is the warmest room of the house.

1.5 gallon and three gallons are in my house. The 3 gallon is a pain in the *beep* to heat. If I gave Lelouch anymore room then he has...

I doubt he'd ever chill out.

I personally think it's 2.5g minimum, but 5g is a WHOLE LOT better.

Many of my scaly friends from my original tank from 2011 have passed, except for two! I am in the process of re-doing my tank. :)

I still think all these "tanks" are terrible, they don't even hold a gallon! X{

@Neil I heard a member saying that their Petsmart told them you only have to change the water in those once a month. :P

I personally think anything over 1g is ok for your Betta, but always be open to upgrading when you can :) I started out with 1g, now 95% of my fish have 2.5g+. They'll eventually have 3.3g each. But those things sold for Bettas? And divided? That's just plain unacceptable.
