Goodbye, sweet Zia
I only knew you for a day, but you were a shining star. With your rosy cheeks and blue eyes, you won me over and began a sorority.
And it's as if you knew you were responsible, because you were the peacekeeper for the other girls. Never angry, never afraid, you put yourself between the more agressive ones so they'd all get along.
I didn't know you were afraid of the dark, I found you the first morning alone and still on the floor, your job finished. So far to jump, I would never have guessed.
Thank you Zia, for teaching me never to underestimate a betta, and also ensuring a happy sorority. Your sisters are still getting along, so either you did your job exceptionally well, or you are still here with us, keeping the peace.
