He's Gone.

I found Sir Crispin von Fishy Fins on the floor this morning. I tried to put him back in the water, and bring him up for air. He seemed to get better, able to remain upright and breathe on his own. But, it was too much for him in the end. He's just bobbling in the water, lips at the water surface while the rest of him drags towards the gravel.

I feel like this is all my fault. I already lost Lipstick to her sorority sisters earlier this week. But, Sir Crispin has been one of the only things getting me through depression for a year now.

I can't handle this. He had a horrible fungis infection after I got home from vacation that the fish sitter left him with. He lost most of his anal fin. But, he seemed so happy to be able to swim easier.

I don't want another male. I don't want another fish. I just want him back.

Goodnight, Sweet Prince. I'm sorry I failed you.

Don't be hard on yourself, these things happen. He's swimming under neath the Bridge now. Bless.

Don't feel bad. Everything happens for a reason. I agree with Laki that your little fishy is now under the Bridge. ♥
