Arrow Looking to give a female betta a home... Florida.

I'm interested in giving a female betta a new home. I live in st. Lucie county. I dont believe it is safe to ship bettas in FL in the summer so I prefer someone that lives near me... Thanks.

If you were only in broward county. :(

I tried to put my signature but the ink wouldn't go through my screen.

Well my mom changed her mind, she thinks I need to just stick with 1 betta for now.

I think it's because she knows how upset I get when they die, and lately I've been buying the wrong bettas apparently at pet stores because they end up being sick despite the clean warm tanks I provide.

Thank you though!

That's a shame. I think that the stores take advantage of people who want to rescue the bettas. I think most of their sales are due to that and it actually encourages them to keep them in poor conditions.

Yep, it really sucks. My last girl looked perfectly healthy the day I brought her home then started showing signs of dropsy and died 9 days later. :(

I got mine at petsmart..He was a mess, fins were torn up and I felt so bad for him..I still have him 3 months later and his fins have grown so I got lucky.
