Wanted: Suction Cup for Tetra Whisper 10i Filter

I have a Tetra Whisper 10i Filter, brand new. The pamphlet said that it came with an extra suction cup, but mine didn't. I can't return it as it came in a tank I got and am currently using and really like, too.

Do any of you have a spare 10i filter laying around and would be willing to give me or sell me a spare suction cup from it? I looked for replacements on the site and they're "out of stock", I can't find any on Amazon or Ebay, and they don't have any of the right size at Petco.

Or if you happen to stumble across a site I haven't looked at and want to shoot me the link to buy a spare suction cup, too, that would be awesome as well :) Thank you!!

I just bought one of these too. Mine has the extra suction cup but you really don't need it. The main thing to worry about is baffling the out flow.

Mine keeps falling down as it won't hang over the side (because I'm putting it in a different tank than the one it came in) so in my case I do need the extra suction cup.

Hmm. I should go look at how mine is set up. If I did, in fact, use the suction thing then that's one thing.. I'm pretty sure mine stays on without. I can send you mine if I can.

I have one..or i had one. Not sure where I put it but I can look. I knocked it out and I can not for the life of me get it back in. Without it- there is the hole in the back so the water flow isnt as strong as it should be but I guess it dosent really matter for one betta in a 5 gallon tank. Mine hang off the back so I really dont need it

I guess mine is hanging on the back of the tank. The suction cup is on it I guess. I don't remember putting it on but the little hole is gone. Sorry!
