Dang it! I have been having computer issues so I have not been on as much. I just dumped a bunch of it out as it was taking over and I was changing the look of the tank. IF the tiny bit I allowed to stay in the tank takes off again, I will certainly send some to you.

Oh bother, lol. Nope, thanks for the offer, even if customs weren't an issue, shipping would be pricey!

It looks like I just have an awful case of bad timing!

"The time has come," the Walrus said, "to talk of many things: of shoes—and ships—and sealing wax—of cabbages—and kings—and why the sea is boiling hot—and whether pigs have wings."

"But wait a bit," the Oysters cried, "before we have our chat; for some of us are out of breath, and all of us are fat!"
"No hurry!" said the Carpenter.
They thanked him much for that.

Nah! If you can be patient it will work out.

Hey, do you have a local fish enthusiast club in your area? We have one here & I've checked it out a few times; there are some posts on the club's forum about trading plants. Maybe you can search for something similar in your area?

I've done a little searching and couldn't find anything, maybe I'll just have to dig a little deeper. Fishkeeping is not a super popular hobby in these parts from what I can tell. The number of LFS per state seems to support this theory of mine. Having LFS options is one thing I miss a lot from growing up in CA!

I'm fairly good at internet searches. If you PM me the name of your town, and also the name of your closest big city, we can both look for you.

Just an idea and an offer.

Yeah, lemme do a bit more digging on my own (I really didn't look hard & that was nearly 4 years ago, right after I moved here! Lol) and if I don't come up with anything, I'll shoot you a pm!

And I and aweful case of impatience. When I decide I want something out, then out it goes. I really need to think about finding new homes for plants. I just dumped a ton of Rotala and many small Amazon swords. My tank is bursting at the seems and I keep having to downsize it. I am thinking of redoing my smaller tank with cutting. Maybe I will find the patience to see if anyone wants any of the remaining plants.

I have the same problem with impatience Inga!

Ha Ha I have a towel laying on the floor when I am pruning my tank and I just rip out plants and toss onto the towel. Then they go out to the trash bins in the garage. I have been sorry for that in the past but again... impatience. ha ha

I'm horrible about that when I'm cleaning anything, donate or throw away almost immediately ...and then find myself needing something I just got rid of
