When you start bringing living things into the picture it becomes people's concern. Fish are not 100% the same as pictured and will change because of shipment. Cameras rarely capture the correct coloration.
If you were breeding I'd understand not receiving a fish that you expected but just for pets? Does it matter if they're perfect? Just because they aren't doesn't mean you should just sell them off for more than you paid.
