Poor man's keeper

I'm your regular jar/container user.

But! I don't neglect them! I place them in dark spaces and light them time to time.
I cleaned out the containers saving to buy lots of 1 or 2 gallon aquarium and starting to breed my betta's after a month.

- Name's HounDz!

im glad you just said all that and made that signature, you probably wont last long here. We respect our fish, just like we respect any living animal, 'Siamese fighting fish', if that what you meant, but seeing as these fish one our site are not used for fighting you may just want to put 'betta' fish as your signature. and yes, and upgrade for your fish would be great, their whole life is in your hands, and we try to make our fishes have the best lives possible, welcome to the forum, and good luck with your fish.

I researched before taking care of my betta's but I prefer fighting though because of their flaring.
I do not mean anything wrong but they call betta's fighting fish here and not to rain in your parade we do have our own ways and names for our pets.

Thanks!

My local fish breeder was my classmates nephew so he gives me all heads up on betta's.

I love his V tail though he wont sell it.

Anyways Good Night!

They go by two names. Siamese fighting fish and betta splendens. Either is fine.

I was going to say this as well. Over here betta spledens are commonly referred to as Siamese fighting fish or "fighters" for short, we certainly don't condone organized animal fights in the UK though
