It doesn't matter where you came from! Now that you residing in Texas, you are officially a Texan... until you move out lol.

Yes, people have told you that and we will continue to tell you that.. you have already lost one sadly, but keeping them in a 1.5 together undivided you will lose another in a short while. We aren't telling you this because we think they deserve bigger tanks, etc.. we are telling you this because we honestly care about you and the safety of your fish.

A tank that size should not house two fish together, the bio load is too great, and there isn't enough space to give them to be able to get away from one another.

Females will kill each other, they are aggressive, and once they settle down into their new home, they will start fighting. All is fine and dandy now, but it won't be in a short time.

Sorry to badger you with this, but I'm only looking out for the safety and health of your fish. Just do some more research on bettas and sororities (housing multiple females).. they really do need to be separated or housed in the proper way together. These are animals with instincts.. they don't think or feel or understand like us. Instincts will kick in, you can't believe that it won't....

Breeder so I have too many to count and too many named to list here!

After christmas I may look at a bigger tank but until that time I will have to keep them in the tank they are in now. I planned on buying 2 more females after christmas. Christmas comes first. I understand that everyone loves their Bettas but my daughter comes first and her christmas presents. I am sure some of you understand.
