Give him some time to get comfortable. Remember Africa is WARM just like where the Betta comes from. Did you put him one of the heated tanks? The frog is going to need heat just like the fish. If you were too cold to move you would have trouble eating...

@Mattsbetta I think your knowledge and advise are so helpful. I think you are very knowledgeable and informed. I do not care how old you are, you have obviously devoted ALOT of time and brain space into fishkeeping. I have requested to be "friends" with you because I admire your knowledge and experience. That being said sometimes you come off confrontational and degrading. I also see quite a bit of hypocrisy in the banter between you and "older people vs. you and "younger people. Your advise and tips on this forum have been very helpful to me and I'm sure many others. Please try to be kind. Also I am very interested in picking your brain about rosetails (I saw a comment on another thread) I think I have one...........

so the big tank was being cleaned and so eveyone spent a night in a cup in the moring i went to see my snail and he was GONE! even when i put the cover on the jar i looked evey where then i turn around and find my snail on my bed and i even put the jar by the other end of my room the tank is all clean and he is back in and hes fine i didnt think snails could get out of jars

this is popcorn he is my baby S.I.P popcorn :(

Leaving them in their cups overnight is not a good idea, Popcorn. The cups will get cold and dirty. It doesn't take all night to clean a fish tank.
