Newbie from Aus!

Hi Everyone!

I am the new mother of two lovely Betta boys - Shredder & Fax! At the moment they are in large bowls but i am in the process of fixing up their new spacious digs I don't believe heaters will be required as I live in the tropics & the air temp is roughly 86 degrees every day. Please correct me if I'm wrong tho. Here are a couple of pics of my lovely boys. Looking forward to getting to know you all!

Hello, and welcome to the forum. :)
Your boys are gorgeous, and it's great on how you're upgrading soon. ^^ Heaters are usually recommended just in case it gets cold or any temperature fluctuations. Does your AC change the temperature much? Thermometers help..

Over hundreds of bettas die in their small, dirty cups each day. Only you can help them live. Research and then save them, today!

Thank you for the welcome and for the advice! I'm a newbie at Betta keeping so advice is always appreciated. I keep the boys in my living room which is not airconditioned so the temp is pretty stable. I'll keep an eye on the water temp tho and if it starts to fluctuate i'll most definitely buy them both heaters.
