Let me re-introduce myself :)

Pretty sure I've introduced myself on here before, but things have changed since I've last logged on and I'll tell my story here!

I live in Alabama and I am a graduate student. I work at my university's day care in which I take care of all the tanks as well as help out with classes. It keeps me busy, but I have single handedly rehabbed all 6 of their tanks. I also have 3 tanks at home.

When I last posted on this forum, I was desperate for help because the betta I had just bought wasn't eating. Unfortunately he died. I bought him after my very first betta, Percy, died, and needed a break from guppies. Shortly after these deaths, I started working on my work's tanks. There weren't any fish in most of them (they were in REALLY BAD SHAPE). Luckily my boss loves fish and bought me everything I needed to get the tanks back up and running. He bought new fish for most of the tanks, including two bettas. Seeing the bettas interact with the children reminded me how much I loved and missed having bettas. I now have 5, 1 CT male and 4 CT females in a sorority.

I love these fish and I'm glad this forum exists; it's so refreshing to have such a positive community online! Thanks for reading!!

Tanks at home: 5.5 gallon with a male CT betta, 10 gallon with 4 females and an ottocinclus, and a 1.5 gallon hospital tank.
Work tanks: a 1.5 gallon with Nemo, a male VT betta; 2.5 gallon with Blue, a male VT; a 2.5 gallon with a rosy faced barb; a 5 gallon with 2 cherry barbs and a rosy barb; a 10 gallon with fancy guppies; and a 10 gallon with 5 silver dollar tetras!
