Smile Hey there!

Hi everyone!
I'm Leah and I just got two new bettas yesterday. I'm a college student and my roommate and I thought we could use some animal companionship. I've had a betta before when I was younger that lasted a good three years so I'm hoping things will go well with these two.
My roommates' betta (though they're really both mine, I'm doing all care-taking) is a veil tail male named James Henry Willialms. And mine is a baby named Steel Jackman Fuggleworth. We.. kinda went all out on the naming.
This site is super awesome and helpful, I love it already! Nice to meet you all!

Welcome I'm new to the board as well but have had bettas in the past.

It's cool that you have a betta in your dorm room When I was in college, I had a betta, a gerbil, and a small turtle in my room, not all at the same time though Only fish were allowed in the dorms but lots of people had other pets. I've seen ferrets and rabbits and hamsters.

Hope to see you around the board
