I am Echo. When I was much younger I had my first Betta and I wish I knew then what I know now. I could've taken much better care of my finned friend. I live in the middle of nowhere Florida with my Betta, Killer, two cats and a Husband (Anyone want a red-headed Hubby? Priced to sell! :D LOL) That's about all there is to say about me. Glad to have my fishie (who I've had for about two/three months now, Just got him into a ten gallon tank, still getting my water pH worked out. ) but I got him from DeathTrap WalMart, so I know he's much, much older than that (I call him my 'grumpy-face old-man fish' ) And glad to be more knowledgeable on him AND I'm spreading the word in my area as much as possible. Trying to get my local WM to carry some Betta Care books for sale near the fish.
Hi and welcome!!!
Be careful, Bettas are addicting!!!
In the future, even if it is tempting 2 rescue them from those DIRTY HORRIFYING cups, do NOT buy them from Walmart!!! If u keep buying the Bettas at Walmart, they'll continue the sells and even more Betta Fish will be in harm.
I wish u good luck on your journey of Betta Keeping :)
