Cleaning a fry tank?

i have about 10 molly fry that are in my 10 gal in a net box with my betta sorority and 3 mollies. i put gravel in the bottom of the box to prevent the other fish from roughing up the little ones. well now the gravel is getting gross and really needs cleaning. im just wondering how to take my fry out and where it is safe to put them while i clean the box out?

Maybe you could try putting them in a small clean jar while their nursery is cleaned?

When I have platy fry who are larger, I use the siphon but I am careful.
