Question about parasites

I bought 4 rams yesterday, they seem to have settled in quite well and took bloodworm happily this morning... but I just spotted this one doing rather a large poop with a white thing in it.

I've never had to deal with fish parasites before (if that's what it is)
Does this look like a parasite? and if so what's the best treatment?
I don't want to treat them if they dont need treating, I just want to clarify if it's a parasite or not and find out what's the best thing to use if it is.
Thanks (:

Looks like Ich. I would quarintine the fish aquarium salt and add fish medicine.

Ich is white spots right?
I'm really sorry to be a nuisance about this, I probably should have mentioned in my first post that the white spots on her head in the pictures are the reflection of the shiny scales on her head.
Otherwise she's visibly spot free.
The picture quality really sucks, it does look exactly like ich in the pictures.

The only thing that's really visible on her is white stuff in her poop and she's quite skinny in comparison to the other rams.

I do have a spare 15ltr tank under the bed I can set up as a medicine tank.
It'd probably be worth doing as you said and moving her away from everyone else anyway just in case she does have something catchy.
I don't want everyone coming down ill.

Thanks for the advice, I'm gunna close this board here though.
I found my answer.
She was swimming in a cork screw this morning, I asked at an aquatic store and they said it's likely her muscles have given up due to internal parasites.
They're being treated with an anti fluke and wormer med.
Hopefully this'll do the trick (:
