Black stuff? Please Help!

Okay so my male platy has been resting on the gravel of the 10 gal. and he seems to have darker or black spots on his head. Also I saw him swim down and he hit the gravel. Recently the tank had ick, and my 3 neons died than a few days later my pleco. But all the ick has cleared up. None of the other fish have had these symptoms as far as i can see. Also the current caused by the bubbler seems to drift him around more. Does anyone know what this is or what to do?
