i know this is hard to hear, but if you're dealing with a highly contagious disease like TB, you might want to euthanise your whole stock, and get yourself tested as well. Mycobacterium marinum can lay in a dormant state for weeks or months, both in fish and people, so if your other fish were around the sick ones, they're likely carrying it, and it's next to impossible to treat effectively with antibiotics. if you get any spots or lesions on your skin, get to a doctor immediately! it won't kill you the way pulmonary tuberculosis will, but if it progresses below the skin level it can cause deterioration in your joints, tendons and bones that could end up being permanent.
So remember, when you're feeling very small and insecure,
How amazingly unlikely is your birth,
And pray that there's intelligent life somewhere up in space,
'Cause there's bugger-all down here on Earth.
