African dwarf frog doesn't eat his bloodworms...

I got him to put in my betta upgrade (from 2.5 gal to 10 gal!!) tank. Betta isn't in yet. But anyways, I got him yesterday and he doesn't notice his bloodworms! I've dropped them near him, he's even touched them with his froggy-feet, but he wont eat them!

He looks skinny and I don't want him to starve... how do I get him to eat?! They're Hikari frozen bloodworms and I do let them thaw in tank water in a separate glass.

They make tubes that allow you to put the food next to them,
