Yes, that is a pic.
They would be fine with angels -- they are pretty peaceful fish
They are not schooling but are communal - always get them in pairs. Whether it be 1 pair, 2 pair, etc. Always an even number, hopefully male and female.
You want a heavily planted tank, more acidic pH if possible, 20 gallon minimum.
You need a fully established aquarium
Temp needs to be 80* minimum

10 HM, 3 HMPK, 5 HMPK fry
8 German Blue Ram, 5 Green Dragon BNP, 4 Albino BNP, 4 Calico BNP, 6 Red BNP, 5 Kuhli Loaches, 2 ADF, 7 Peppered Cories, & 6 Tiger Endlers + Fry
12 full time tanks, 4 NPT, 6 QT/Breeders

Awesome!

I just wanted to add that you need 20 gallons per pair. My train of thought moved on before I finished typing that.

They are beautiful fish, but veryyyy fragile. You're going to want to go to a reputable breeder for them. They are also really iffy about pH, it has to be below 7.

I wish I had room for an 80!! You have no idea how jealous I am. My dream tank would definitely be atleast 75 gallons, preferably like 125+
