Exclamation Goldfish Help!

So at my local pet store there is the most beautiful goldfish I have ever seen in my entire life. I love her, she's just gorgeous, but they're keeping her in a tiny little tank that is literally the same size as her. I've never asked about the price, but I assume not very cheap. Here I have two 10g's, 1 5g and a 1g. I have my Bettas in the 10g and the 5 and 1 are empty. I was planning on doing this:

1 Betta in the 5g
1 Betta and his other little friends in the 10g
Goldfish with a couple of snails in the 10g

This could be permanent- I just want the little girl out of that horrid tank. Would it be humane to keep her in a 10g, or could I keep her in there for a few weeks until I have enough for a 20g?

Please help, I fear she may be sold to someone who will put her in a tiny little tank like the one she's currently in!

55 Gallon: Crowley: Melanoid Axolotl; Mischa: Melanoid Axolotl; Achlys: Albino Axolotl; Eddard Stark: Leucistic Axolotl
Furry Friends: Daisy and Holly: Dogs; Norman and August: Cats; Gilbert and Mordecai: Guinea Pigs

It looks like your profile picture. I have no idea, she wasn't labelled.

A fantail has two tails (like the photo) and a comet has one tail (like most fish).
If it's a fantail, she'd be fine in the ten gallon, though eventually you'd want to go to 20-40 gallons (you could get 2 more friends in a 40). A comet I would not get because they require much more room.
