Neons

My neon tetra don't do anything. They just sit in their spots all day except during feeding time. There are 5 of them in a 10 gallon. Any help on how to get them to be active like they're supposed to be?

5 gallon: 1 male VT-Alpha
10 gallon Community: 3 Peppered Cory Catfish, 5 Neon Tetra, 3 ADFs.
3 gallon: 1 male VT-Sub Zero

well there's honestly not too much to do in a 10 gallon, don't get any more because it will get overstocked and your neons definitely won't be happy. Do you have many plants in there? Ornaments or anything?

Neons, like all fish won't swim around much if they feel the tank decor isn't balanced it can even cause them, to sit there and do nothing, hover in one spot. Favore a spot, or cause them to stress.

Check to see if the decor, items and plants are arranged in a balanced natural manor. If you don't, have plants that are put in at a natural balance, then they will not swim, and favor the part of the tank, with the most cover. Or Hiding spots.

5gallon, One male betta
10 gallon, full of baby fry/ one baby betta
34 gallon:2 peppered corydoras, 2 upside down catfish, 2 cherry barbs, two danio's, 2 platy's, 2 high fin platys, 2 red swords, 2 angelfish, 1 dwarf Gourami, 3 black skirts, two diamond tetra's and 2 gold Gourami.
And going to get, 2 cory cats

Not to sure what you mean by balanced...there are ornaments and live plants. I try and provide cover and hiding spots everywhere
