Assassin not really?

Its been two times already I've done this...my assassin snail has ignored all the pond snails I've purposely killed for him and he just moves far away from it. He also doesn't try to chase after the living ones too

What in the world is wrong with this snail? Is it now a vegan snail...

I've heard some assassins don't assassinate.

I never saw my Assassin snails eating or going after the plethora of pond snails that invaded both my 5 gallons. Then one day about three weeks later it dawned on me they weren't covering the tanks. I'm serious, I bet I had 100 before I put three Assassins in each tank.

It's been two months and I migh see one or two. So don't give up hope.
