Exclamation lethargic catfish

i just bought a baby albino catfish. today hes not moving or eating much, my other baby catfish, is acting fine. I do have a filter. what the heck is goin on

Maybe because the catfish is just use to the tank yet

What catfish is he? What's the tank size? What are the water parameters?
Did you acclimate him to the tank?

I'm 13 and addicted to animals!!! lol
