How's my plant choices?

http://i86.photobucket.com/albums/k9...psa1d7a7c4.jpg

I'd like to get some Water Sprite still; but we'll see. The Wisteria seems a little overwhelming. (Should I trim it? I'm so new. D; ) Do you suggest any other plants, or is this enough? I'm not sure. I still need to get a hide for him.

It's my first tank, and it's for my pretty baby on his way named Klaus.

I would trim it just to encourage healthy growth - without trimming, it can become straggly and over-long. Trimming encourages shorter, denser growth. :)

How about some vallisneria as a background plant? :)

How does one trim a Water Wisteria? I finally have a good habitat for one, and it's growing nicely. I'd like to keep it healthy!

Just snip bits off with scissors. With hardy plants like that you don't have to be too precise. :)

Heh, I got home tonight and found that it had come free from the bottom and was floating at the top.

There were 4 girl bettas hiding in it

Maybe I'll just let it stay there.
