Banana Plant Dying

Hey,

We bought this banana plant as a baby and it wasn't the most healthiest but before I run and buy another (they are hard to come by) does it look like it will come back or is it beyond hope?

It could, as long as it has not lost all its leaves, it can recover, I would place it under some good light (6500K) and make sure to keep the bananas above gravel.

We have more banana plants than anything else (other than water sprite) where I work. i've been sorta considering getting one. Do you like them? would you recommend them?

Well, I have only had 3. The other two are amazing and I want many many more. When the leaves are so long they float to the top it looks great. Only downside is some float but I think I heard you can weigh it down or dig it in a tiny bit. Now I can't answer how long or well they do I've only had a few weeks. They are hard to come by in BC
