Do you have an entire spawn or just a handful?
If you have an entire spawn that you need to do water changes almost daily it may become a PITA.

Are the nerites the one's I sent you? I don't know if it would make a difference, but if they are they aren't nerites, they are ivory apple snails. I think it should be fine putting a small amount of fry like that in it though. Just watch the parameters and water changes as normal.

Dream Bettas: Pure white HM or VT (for my daughter), new 'spikey' fish (CT for my son), blue & orange betta male (for my fiance), and more live plants (for my bettas )

The fry will be fine, I raise all my fry in planted tanks :) The plants help filter the water so you don't need to be quite as crazy about water changes as you would without the plants.
