Jackpot!

So, my family was at our local marina on a boating trip and what does my dad see? GIANT clumps of floating plants! And when I say giant, I mean giant. I grabbed a handful and pulled for a minute and ended up with a full garbage bag worth! Also, my lake water is clean enough to drink. It is a type of sea grass, I think, it is long strands with almost no leaves.

5 gallon
One betta
10 gallon
Two bettas, divided
Three mystery snails
20 gallon
Seven female bettas
Four oto cats
Five juvenile female guppies
One goldfish (temporary)
29 gallon
One dwarf gourami
Six tiger barbs

27 fish....

So cool! :D

Just make sure that you get it really clean, if it was in the marina proper or in an area that has a lot of boat traffic, there will be some leftover oil/gas/diesel residue from the boats. You'll definitely want to get that off before you tank it. :)
