Water change frequency

I finally planted my tanks about 6-7 weeks ago, and have questions about the water change frequency. My 10 gallon has about 40 planted plants and about another 40 floating plants, a coconut cave with moss roof, plus a canister filter and a sponge filter. I've had to do 3 trims on the planted plants and clear out 2-4 cup fulls of floating plants twice. It has 1 betta, 2 mystery snails, and asstd ramshorn and trumpet snails.
The 29 gallon has about 60-75 planted plants and about 20 floating plants, as well as a coconut cave with moss roof. It has an HOB filter and a sponge filter. It houses 4 mystery snails, 3 bettas, and asstd ramshorn and trumpet snails.
My 2.5 gallon mini bow has about 20 planted plants and another 20 floaters. I've had to do one trim on the plant eds and 2 cullings on the floaters. It has recently become unfiltered other than the plants (and he has stopped tail chomping yay!). It houses 1 betta, trumpet snails, and a couple tiny rams horns.
OK, so now that all that background is there, how often do I need to change the water? I'd been doing 1 50% on the 10 gallon, 3 50's on the 2 gallon, and 2 30% on the 29 gallon a week. Last week I skipped all water changes , save for 1 50% on the 2 gallon, and still got no readings on ammonia, nitrite, or nitrate. Should I continue my schedule, decrease, or increase?
I know at some point in heavily planted tanks, one can decrease, but mine aren't heavily planted yet.
Thank you for reading the long post and for any assistance! My bettas are very happy fish and have thrived thanks to this forum!

I have good news for you, your 10 needs one weekly 30-40% change, your 29 needs 1 weekly 25% change, and your 2.5 needs 2 weekly 50% changes (all with gravel vac if possible)

I have a vac for the larger 2. The 2 gallon gets a turkey baster, :)

I guess it's different for everyone. I do 50% on my low tech planted 10g tank every 2 weeks. But you have to think though I'm running a canister filter with 1 betta lol. My 37g high tech is completely different story. I do 50% WC once week, because of how much fertilizer I dose everyday + with max bioload.

In my 10, I'm running a canister and a sponge filter. Granted I also have snails.
