Hi! I just moved to Asheville and have also been suffering from MTS for a while now ;-P I was wondering if you had any advice on a good local fish store around here other than the usual petsmart/petco chain stores? Thanks so much!

You'ce had 984 betta it seems so who better to ask.....I can't seem to get anyone to answer; hoping you will ;)

If I put my new betta in my 55 gallon (tall) am I really limited to what can go in there with him? I want lots of color!!
Should I get the other fish quickly so he isn't dominant/territorial since they will all be newbies at the same time?(55 has finished cycling so right now it's nobody's home!) I also have a 5 gallon with 5 glofish in it. Would that be ok?
I have lots of bubbles from a stone. But I usually see them in calm waters. Will the bubbles bother him?
My pH, be it straight from the tap or treated seems to stay around 7.4 does THAT affect my choices? I don't want to keep treating the water to have pH be at 7.0, I'd rather base my choice around the water.
    THANK YOU!!

You told one person that he had to remove his Black Moor from his tank with the Betta....I have a betta & a fantail Goldfish in my ten gallon tank...they seem to hit it off well...I hope it stays that way, I would love a tank with elegant fish
