Oh ok, that one's actually really close to where I live. I've been there three or four times, and they do seem to take really good care of their fish. It's actually where I got my panda cories a few months ago. I went to the one on Gravois once, the parking situation was awful (street parking) and it didn't seem that much bigger/better than the one on Manchester, though they did have a HUGE arowana that was very cool to see. But every time I've gone to Aquaworld, the only bettas I have seen are crowntails; do they ever get in different tail types?

Hi, I have a question! I saw you made a post in someone's thread about a fish you saw at your lfs...I was just wondering what local fish stores you go to! I live in the area, and I only know of a couple, so I'm always on the lookout for new fish places to check out!

Oh no! D: I am SO sorry to hear that. :( That is so unfortunate... I know he was as happy as he could be with you though, really. You did everything you could, even with the finrot. I'm really glad and thankful that I found you to adopt him regardless of his passing. Good luck in the future.

These things take time. One of the things that I found helped to speed the recovery of my boys was extra protein. Fresh brine shrimp and frozen blood worms (not freeze dried) in addition to their regular diet. It may also help speed his recovery to keep him warm and isolated as stress will slow down regeneration.

:) That's adorable!!! Good luck with the meds and stuff, I hope it works. I'm glad he's doing so well besides the fin issues.

We have a couple of snails that "just popped into existence." What are you fighting the fin rot with? How often are you changing the water?

Hey, I've been post-stalking you to see how Moebius is doing (hope that's not creepy), and have some antibiotics I could give you if you haven't gotten any yet. Let me know! :)

His name has an umlaut?! That's even better. 8)b XD

So great that he's eating well too. Haha, reminds me of how, when I would feed them, he'd occasionally try to jump up and swipe the food from me, but never make it higher than half an inch because of his heavy fins. :p (Which is a good thing on my part!)

:D I like that name!!!! Not familiar with the series, but +1 for renaming him to something the previous owner actually likes. Hahahahahaha :)

That's awesome! :D I'm so glad he's exploring and doing well. And haha... name him what you see fit! :] I have to say his name and his tankmate's came from the movie Dogma; not as creative as some of my other betta's names. :p
