Kind of errrr....different-looking in motion. But I don't see riders bouncing. Must be nice. I've seen Tennesee Walkers in action. That looks nice too.

    Congratulations, Counselor. You deserve it.

All we needed her to learn was to pull a small haywagon around my brother's property,...and occassionally logs and branhces. Leader, no reins. And no saddling, so we skipped the hard part. Lucky for us, she was a "sweet" mule. She'd run a mile...or trot briskly...to get an apple, if you tossed one into the air.

Ahhh...a Paso fino. Smooooth and smart. I'm jealous. "Happy trails, to you."~~R. Rogers

Good advice..amen. Goes for just about anything, eh?

Love equines. Trained a harness mule 20 years ago. Sorry about your old dog. That's tough.

I remember being tense and afraid of my fish when I first got them. Fishkeeping doesn't get relaxing right away. Does it?

Anyway, although it may seem counterintuitive, the best way to replay here on the backscreen is to click "view conversation" and use that reply field. That way it shows up at my place.

Thanks! Just saw your post on that heater thread that you and I have hijacked - haha. I found my profile and adjusted my years of tank experience. It's been a while since we've had a tank - this Betta thing was my 6 years old's idea and I find myself getting really into it. You gotta check out my post with the pic of her set up and post some thoughts. Yes - it seems folks that have never done a tank want to rush everything - and they don't understand that sometimes 'less is more'. Hopefully the filter that came with this tank will work out - that would be nice. If not - I'll deal with it. Just want any animal in my care - whether finned or furred to be well cared for. Little over a month ago we had to put down our 19 year old dog. I've got a horse and a donkey too...right now no house pets - 'cept a soon to come home Betta.
