Hi! Sorry if this a bit out of the blue, but I saw the pictures of your male with his eggs and he is absolutely beautiful! Do you sell your young ones? And if not, would you be able to direct me to anyone who does? I was supposed to get a trio of Mahachai but the whole spawn died before they could be shipped to me, so now I am desperately searching for mahachai or imbellis for the tank I had ready for them! Thanks
The transshipper here charges 10$ per fish and then shipping to my province is fairly expensive. I do know a couple of people within driving distance that i may be able to split shipping with, if they are interested in wilds.
Hi there,
I have a really quick question. I got black lava substrate. After I purchase 20 lbs, I realize I never asked. I am doing a planted tank for the wilds. I wanted to ensure I had the right substrate for the tank. I did a search on the forum and found it several times, listed so, I am guessing it is okay. I am working on the plants tonight and hope to have it fully cycled by Monday. I just wanted to see if you had any advice. Also, do you use a filter in yours (I tend to like sponge filters) or, do you need one in a filtered tank? TY so much, my friend. Any help is appreciated.
If you were going to mix wild females into a sorority of domestic splendens, which species would you go for? Wild splendens or some other type? Would you do it at all?
Hello! I was told that you can house wild betta splendens together but that didn't sound right. When I tried to argue the point they said that wild splendens are more peaceful than the ones at the pet store with more finnage. Is this true?
Oh, boy!! I might take years to save money because my mom doesn't give me an allowance and she said once Perry dies, then I could get another betta. Can you hold it for that long?
