Hey Phaydra! Could you do me a huge favor? Would you go check out my "I want to start out right" thread under the breeding section? I think I found a female, but there is only 6 1/2 more hours until the bid is over, and I really want as much opinions as possible before purchasing. Especially because I don't want to make a mistake on this line. I uploaded her pic. I would really appreciate any help I could get. Please and thank you! ^^'

I was thinking of a bare root peace lily in the filter gap on the lid. He seems to like to cuddle with the Java Fern so the roots would offer a place closer to
    the surface.

His tail color is what caught my eye. Yes it's susswassertang and it is extremely easy.

Nice fish, that Dalish---a blue copper, like mine only darker. Is that Susswassertang on the floor? I hear it's easy; looks neat. I may try to find some.

My HM likes his Betta leaf up near the surface about an inch below. Actually, he likes his floating Anubias even better. So do all my fish.

I knew you knew what you were doing. Good on ya. All my Anubias are tied to ricks or beads so I can easily move them around when I vacuum. Except for the floaters.

He's going to like that tank, I'm sure. I can't tell from the pics whether that Anubias is planted deep or only the roots. Only the roots should be in the substrate; the rhizome should be above.

Oh, it's better to hit "view conversation" then post in that message box. That way your reply shows up on my page. Weird, but that's how this system works.

I still have a lot to learn as we all do not matter how long we've kept fish. Thank you for the welcome. Yeah he's a pretty boy and I try to keep updated pictures of my DT for he's a little show off. The OHM is a Christmas present and I don't get to bring him home till December. I will start an album soon of Fluffy. Big Red my CT doesn't like flashes.

Alwaya nice to have an experienced keeper join us here. Your avatar HM is stunning. You ought to start an album so we can see how beautiful your fish are.
