Okay typically you shouldnt put a female that is not interested in that male with a more aggressive female, females can be very picky with who they spawn with and i have encountered this many times just be patient and try other males, once they pair you can spawn them many times, once one of my males and females have paired off i dont spawn either one with anyone but their paired partner, you get more consistent spawns this way!

Oh, okay. So, next time I will just throw Thai in to take care of them haha. Well, my male ate the rest of the eggs, and my other conditioned female died, and I have no clue why. She was perfectly health a few days ago, but when I put her in the hurricane jar she flared at him for the first hour, then was uninterested. So I listened to a friend of mine who is experieanced in betta, and she said to put her in with a more aggressive male, so I did. She was in a hurricane jar, by the way. And when I woke up she was dead D:

Thanks so much for the help! Love your avi, by the way. He is a stunner!

Hey, I have a question. What do you do with egg eaters? And do you know what causes it? I just recently spawned my pair, and the male ate almost all of the eggs. Would he do this in the future, if I ever spawn him again? Thanks for your time :)
