I feed my bettas brine shrimp once and a while.
I also keep them as pets
Im starting to run out the the powder food I bought at the pet store.
I have no way of getting to the pet store I know has it right now.
So I was wondering if anyone knows any HOUSEHOLD foods or produces I can buy that I can feed them?
I don't think they'll want soybeans, yeast, or even wheat. Eww. :\ They're usually picky eaters, and they're insectivores instinctively. Are you just reading some of the ingredients out of a label that you usually have on hand.
I just picked up some instant yeast & whole wheat flour !
Thats what I read online!
How offen and how much should I feed them?
Ive never fed this food before
Catch some flies and moths and give them those. Or chop up some worms or find little ones, or use your brine shrimp, or go down to some stagnant and scoop up some mozzy larvae, So many options
dig up worms and bugs in the back yard and cut them up to little pieces.
