Exclamation I just got home this afternoon and my betta looked like this

I'm really not sure if something is wrong with her, but there's a huge string of something reddish orange colored. she seems to be eating and swimming normally, but it looks like there's something wrong there.

It might be sign of an internal parasite though. stringy poop is a sign, yet I believe only white stringy poop is a sign of an internal parasite, but she doesnt look bloated, or distressed. what do you feed her?

Thats poop. Only if it starts to get stringy all the time and, like Mo said whiteish it may be an internal parasite.

but, yeah. it's poop. longest poop i've ever seen on a non-goldfish, but still poop. bettas are ninja-poopers, so many new-ish owners freak out when they see it. xD
