Theres something really wrong with bumblebee

Housing
What size is your tank? - 2.5 gal
What temperature is your tank? - 78*F
Does your tank have a filter? - Yes
Does your tank have an air stone or other type of aeration? - No
Is your tank heated? - Yes
What tank mates does your betta fish live with? - None.

Food
What type of food do you feed your betta fish? Aqueon Betta Food
How often do you feed your betta fish? - Once a day in the morning but he hasn't eaten much since I bought him a week ago.

Maintenance
How often do you perform a water change? - Been doing it every other day till i got the 2.5 gallon 2 days ago haven't changed it yet but am thinking once a week
What percentage of the water do you change when you perform a water change? - 25%-50%
What type of additives do you add to the water when you perform a water change? Tetra BettaSafe

Water Parameters:
Have you tested your water? If so, what are the following parameters? - Tested them a little over an hour ago and didn't write them down because it tested normal.

Ammonia: .50 ppm
Nitrite: 0 ppm
Nitrate: 0 ppm
pH:7.6
Hardness:
Alkalinity:

Symptoms and Treatment
How has your betta fish's appearance changed? - No
How has your betta fish's behavior changed? - Seems to be having trouble swimming. Like his back side is floating upward and hes trying to pull himself down. He stays clamped in the corners at the very top of the water when hes not floating tail up at the bottom.
When did you start noticing the symptoms? - 5 days ago
Have you started treating your fish? If so, how? - No
Does your fish have any history of being ill? - Bought him with fin rot. And had him for a week so im not too sure.
How old is your fish (approximately)? - Not sure.

I would start byu doing a 100% water change. Its always good o do a big change when you notice your fish acting off.
