Thawed Frozen Blood Worms

I had just purchased some frozen blood worms(the kind with individual cubes) and accidentally left them on the counter in the pet store bag and they completely unthawed. My instincts tell me that they are bad and I should throw them away but I put them back in the freezer until I could ask your opinion 1st. I hate to have to throw the pack away after only using one cube but I definitely don't want to give my betta's anything that will hurt them. Thanks in advance :)

Probably 2-3 hours, do you think they would still be ok after that long? Its good to know that I'm not the only person this has happened to.

Hmm. They might be okay if it's only been for 2 hours, but I would check with someone else

If it were butcher's meat, exposed to bacteria, I wouldn't refreeze it. But your bloodworms are in sealed containers; you should be OK.

Happened to me, everybody's fine.

Thanks Mo and Hallyx, I will use them then. I hate having to throw away something like that but now I won't be worried using them :)
