Are my betta fish's fins normal?

My betta's fins seem to be in a sharp point and it's almost like they are stuck together at the ends
I have included a picture to show the potential problem

It actually looks like fin melt. Do a forum search and see.

I found this in another thread re fin melt:

Start off with clean water. Then treat with 1 teaspoon/gallon of AQ salt and change his water 100% everyday for 10 days. However, ultra clean water should normally do the trick.

Good luck!

I am very pleased to say my betta's fins are now back to normal.
I took him out of the tank and placed him in his own bowl for around 5 hours a day and added king british disease clear to the water. I did this for about 4 days and it cleared up very nicely.
