Male Betta Recovery Rate

So, I happen to have more females to male ratio when it comes to CT girls and my CT girls have all gotten very, very full with eggs and I'd like for when my breeding comes to possibly breed all my CT girls. So, my question is would it be safe, as well as how long I should wait, before having my male spawn again with a different female.

OFL breeds her boys every couple days if she's got a lot to do. You have to do an artificial hatch on the eggs but after you take the female out and get the eggs cupped you can start introducing a new female through a breeder. I'd PM her. The girls have to go a bit longer on the wait but guys are, well guys, there always ready lol

Two week until I'll rebreed the male again.
Cause most male won't eat while caring for the egg n frys

Two weeks minimum. My white pair is going in and out of the spawn tub every two weeks. I do this to fatten the female up and give the male a break. Tending nests full of eggs and fry is tough.

Alright, so it's not a good idea to wait till the fry are free swimming and respawn the dad then?

By then you have to re-condition him because he's gone a few days without food. Which will take at least a week and a half.

I wouldn't. In a natural set up (big tank, lots of hiding places, shallow water, several females to a male) it would work but I wouldn't do it.

If I have multi females I need offspring-from a single male so that the offspring are all about the same age for breeding to meet goals-
I will spawn the male daily to every other day-I artificially hatch the eggs and leave the male in the spawning tank.

I will have one tank that I use to float all the cups of eggs/nest to maintain the temp.

Females I like to wait at least 3 days between spawns

As long as the Betta is healthy to start and has been properly conditioned a male Betta can spawn every day and the female every 3 days-

Be aware that I feed mass amounts of live foods and special homemade food to my breeders year around to keep them in tip top condition as well as using a natural method to spawn.

Back to back breeding can be hard on a fish that is not healthy, has poor nutrition, getting older, has neurotic behavior to the point that too much, too soon can stress them to the point of death.....

Alright. I'll look into maybe getting another male or just having one spawn that like 2-3 weeks younger.
