cloudy water - 1 gallon tank

hello friends,
my betta has fin rot and I am working on curing it. meanwhile there had been this problem which I took lightly... my betta's tank used to get cloudy in matter of 2 days after a 100% water change. I don't ever overfeed him. I give him two of the small fish pellettes once in two days. I think that is on the lower side. to my knowledge one thing I had been doing wrong is that is that my room tends to be cool and some times in the nights the temperature could get as low as 74 F.

but now I had recognized the temperature issue and keep my room temperature stable at 77 F. still the cloudiness has not gone. any suggestions what this might be due to? Presently I do a 100% water change every other day for fin rot.
Water parameters: everything seems to be under control.

I'm pretty sure thats a bacteria bloom, your tank is cycling/resetting itself. I would give it a couple days to see if it goes away before freaking out.
