Need Help, Not Betta related!

Okay I know this isn't about Betta fish but the last forum I went to for Moor's wanted me to pay them 7.50 to ask one question. Nor can I find much information else where.

I have 1 black moor that has developed a white spot on his eye over the course of the night. I'm not sure what it could be but I have some information here that might help.

3 black moors 2-3 inch long

Water Conditioner, Aqueon
What do you feed your fish and how often
OmegaOne goldfish, small sinking pelletes. 3 times daily small portions each time.
Any new fish added to the tank

Crystal Clear is added to water while cleaning takes place. Fish are not in the water at the time and are left in clean water out of the tank for 24 hours.
List entire medication/treatment history for fish and tank. Please include salt, Prazi, PP, etc and the approximate time and duration of treatment.
No medication for tank so far other than crystal clear. No other treatments other than water testings and conditioning.
Any unusual findings on the fish such as "grains of salt," bloody streaks, frayed fins or fungus
Eye has cloudy white spot across the top making his eye look like he has eyelid.
Any unusual behavior like staying at the bottom, not eating, etc.
Not at all, it seems as though Gimpy is not bothered by this spot.

Bacterial infection.

A wound that is infected.

BACTERIAL INFECTION: having 3 goldies in a 10 gallon, and them being moores who get nice and big, I don't quite believe the water is 0 ammonia - they poop A LOT. What tests do you use? Anyways, with goldies in smaller tanks there is a high chance of a bacterial infection - whether their intestines, swim bladder, eyes, mouth or gills. The cloudiness, (white spot) is pretty common around my area for goldies.

BACTERIAL INFECTION FROM WOUND: aggression, sharp objects or plainly lacking manuevering room around objects, the goldie can subject themselves to eye injuries - ESPECIALLY black moore, telescope and the bubble eye goldies. Because of their eyes protruding, more room is better and avoiding caves or sharp objects is definitely a must. From this wound, he could have gotten an infection - which really in all honesty, not trying to put you down or anything, 3 goldies in a 10 gallon an infection is easier to arise.

You need a bigger tank and heavier water changes and filtration for sure. Honestly, a 40 or larger gallon tank would be best.... I'm thinking it's pop eye or something along those lines, because goldfish are messy, messy fish.

I have to agree. And not all the fish may be physically affected, yet.
