Concerned if treatment is in order!

I got this veitamese veil tail (I think that's what he is!!!) in the group of 4 bettas that I rescued, he seems to be curved in his body... does anyone know or think that this hereditary, disease or because of the cramped conditions he was in?

After a bit of research I found the real name.... Male Cambodian Veiltail Betta

You'll know in about 2 week - month of him living in good conditions and enough space if its genetic, caused by being cramped and if it will ever pass..

Look more if its bothering him then you :P

Does he have a humpback as I call it? or a bent spine?

His spine must be bent,
Because towards his head it curves toward the right... Towards the tail it curves to the left

When I first got shanks he was like that, that's why I said give it time.. He's not curved anymore :P

Agreed Admiral was like that - his spine shifted back properly. He used to be:
L literally. the shape of an L.
