Listless and skittesh after getting head stuck in bridge help

my little girl (female crown tail) has been a bit mopey the last couple of weeks. I thought she was bored so i got her a new tree to explore, but she wasn't really interested. this weekend when I couldn't find her I looked under her bridge and she had gotten her head stuck in one of the grooves and couldn't get out. since then every time i turn on the light she acts really scared for a couple of seconds and she's never done that before. I think she's missing a couple of scales around her head and she now has a split in her tail. She mostly just rests on the bottom she won't swim around much. Is she still just recovering from her traumatic experience or should i be doing something for her? I'm worried, I know fish health can go down hill fast so any advise would be great.

I would put in some stress coat, and I hope you got rid of that bridge.

Maybe give her something soft to hide behind?

And put her in a darker place to calm her down, avoid suddenly turning her light on for a while.

Agree with ataku and aokashi ,but if she lethargic(still laying on the bottom or hiding) add 1tsp/gall of the aquarium salt to prevent infection.
Dissolve 1tsp/gall of aquarium salt that you can buy in any pet store. You will need to do daily 100% water changes for 10 days.
